#41 · Render "Bounty" badge on pages with linked GitLab issues

Context

If a wiki page mentions an open bounty issue, surface that with a small green badge so readers see opportunities.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Build step scans all .md files for git.irregularchat.com/.../-/issues/N or Closes #N patterns
• [ ] If matching issue is open + has feature-request label, page renders a badge in the header
• [ ] Badge links to /community/services#bounties on the wiki

Technical hints

--- *Submit a merge request that says Closes #<this issue iid> in the description. On merge to main, the GitLab webhook will auto-award your bounty + the standard merge_pr (40 pts) to your scoreboard account. Email on commit must match your Authentik email.*
