#19 · Surface user's lifetime bounty count + total bounty points on profile

Description

Context

Profile page shows points/badges but not bounty-specific stats. Add a "Bounties claimed" widget so contributors can show off their PR work.

Acceptance criteria

  • [ ] /profile shows total bounties claimed (count of feature_bounty_* events for this user)
  • [ ] Shows total bounty points (sum of points from those events)
  • [ ] Shows top tier ever earned (XL > L > M > S > XS)
  • [ ] Public (other users' profiles also show this)

Technical hints

  • apps/scoreboard/src/templates/profile.ts is the template
  • Add a query in index.ts handleProfilePage that aggregates WHERE action LIKE 'feature_bounty_%'
