#175 · SimpleX !teamco booth subsystem

Context

Signal has a full booth subsystem (16 handleTeamcoBooth* handlers): add, lookup, list, claim, find, meet, meets. Depends on the TeamCO core bounty.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] !teamco booth add <#> --org <name>, !teamco booth <#>, !teamco booths, !teamco booth claim <#>, !teamco find <name|org>, !teamco booth meet <#> <when>, !teamco meets [today|tomorrow].

Technical hints

• Signal reference: handleTeamcoBoothAdd/Lookup/List/Claim/Find/Meet/Meets in command-handler.ts.
• SimpleX target: extend commands/utility/teamco.command.ts. Land after the TeamCO core bounty (shares the workspace base).
