#174 · SimpleX !teamco core: workspace + sitrep + status

Context

Signal's !teamco covers workspace create/info/status/sitrep, check-in/out, and blocker/task/announce against the TeamCO worker + TAK. SimpleX has none. (Booth subsystem is a separate bounty.)

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] !teamco create/info/status/sitrep/checkin/checkout/blocker/task/announce against the TeamCO worker.
• [ ] Gated by isTeamcoConfigured()/isTakConfigured(); worker calls via botAuthHeaders().

Technical hints

• Signal reference: commands/utility/teamco.command.ts + handleTeamco in command-handler.ts.
• SimpleX target: commands/utility/teamco.command.ts.
• D1 IN (...) breaks past 100 params (chunk <=80); TeamCO uses naive-ET timestamps — don't reintroduce the tz drift.
