#171 · SimpleX !bcw Behavior Change Wheel (3-step COM-B)

Context

Signal has the BCW analysis command (behavior analysis -> operational frame -> COM-B intervention mapping). SimpleX lacks it.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] !bcw <behavior> (aliases !comb, !recommend) runs the three-step analysis, Signal-equivalent output.
• [ ] Gated by the behavior-intake config guard.

Technical hints

• Signal reference: commands/utility/bcw.command.ts. Near-straight port to the SimpleX CommandContext/CommandResponse shape.
• Good first bounty.
