#168 · SimpleX !event detail/create/share + !rsvp + reminder prefs

Context

SimpleX has !events (list only). Signal has full event interaction against the event-service worker.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] !event <id> details; !event quick "Title" <when> and !event create; !event share <id> [keywords].
• [ ] !rsvp going|maybe|cancel <id>; !event prefs reminder preferences.
• [ ] Gated by isEventServiceConfigured(); worker calls use botAuthHeaders().

• Signal reference: handleEventDetails, handleEventCreate, handleEventShare, handleEventPrefs, handleRSVP.
• SimpleX target: extend commands/utility/events.command.ts; event-service client in shared-utils.
