Context

SimpleX has !breakout/!endbreakout/!breakouts/!decision/!action/!park/!extend; missing the rest of Signal's structured-discussion verbs.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] !objective/!objectives set+list goals; !rfi posts a question, !resolve <#> <answer> answers; !unpark <#> resumes; !broadcast [keywords|all] shares the room to the bot's known groups.
• [ ] All persist and appear in the AI end-of-session summary.

Technical hints

• Signal reference: breakout handlers in command-handler.ts.
• SimpleX target: extend commands/utility/breakout.command.ts; breakout_rooms schema in database/005_breakout_enhancements.sql (add objectives/rfi tables if absent).
• Note: SimpleX has no native mentions; reference participants by display name (see docs/simplex-parity-bounties.md protocol differences).
