#157 · SimpleX Forum (Field Notes) commands: !forum !fpost !flatest !fsearch !categories

Context

The Signal bot integrates Field Notes. SimpleX has none of it.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] !forum links to Field Notes; !flatest recent posts; !fsearch <q> search; !categories list; !fpost create a post.
• [ ] Discourse client gated by its config guard.

Technical hints

• Signal reference: handleForum, handleForumLatest, handleForumSearch, handleForumCategories, handleForumPost.
• SimpleX target: commands/info/forum.command.ts (+ subcommands). Reuse the Discourse poster/searcher in shared-utils.
